On November 3 and 4, the current topics and challenges of the sports world will be discussed at the KKL in Lucerne. In our forum "Major Events - Logistics. Security. Gamification", Petra Cosentino (Head of Marketing Alpbachtal Tourismus) will show how the vacation region uses placeit's gamification approach to inspire guests with digital games and QR experiences and how gamification can contribute to greater guest loyalty.
